Born in Memphis Tennessee to Emanuel Morrow and Lillie Bell Taylor

Attended Rock Island High School and Graduated from Blackhawk Community College in 1975

United in marriage with Dorothy Thomas on 3/31/1973 for 25 years and married Gennett (Nicholson) 12/5/2009

Calvin was previously employed by International Harvester, Blackhawk Foundry, as well as being an independent contractor. He enjoyed sports especially watching the Minnesota Vikings and Fighting Illini, attending church, teaching scripture, fishing, cooking, collecting vintage comic books, and singing especially gospel in his latter years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Emanuel(Kathleen Morrow), Lillie Bell Morrow, Brothers Emanuel Jr, Ronnie; Sisters Catherine and Diane Morrow.

Those left to honor his memory are  his wife, Gennett Morrow, children; Amy Soseman Eayrs, Lavon Morrow, Manuel (Nadia) Morrow, Calvin (Karen)Morrow , Giovonnte (Amber)Morrow, Danielle (Jeff) Robinson, two stepchildren; LaDories Nicholson, Willis Nicholson, eleven grandchildren, siblings; Jerry(Rose) Morrow, Elroy Morrow, Mike Morrow, Leon Morrow, Vivian (Andrew) Coffer, Teresa Morrow, Toni Morrow, Linda Morrow, David Offut, Billy Offut, a host of nieces and nephews.

He attended Jerusalem Temple Apostolic Church in Davenport
