I worked with Marlene for several years at the Bettendorf Library. I appreciated her strength of character and her kindness, and also her sense of humor. I enjoyed knowing her. My condolences to her family.

I worked with Marlene at the Bettendorf Public Library for a number of years and I am so saddened to hear of her passing. Marlene was a kind and generous soul and I am a better person for having known her. She touched many hearts

I also worked with Marlene at Bettendorf Library. She was always courteous and tried her best to be helpful to the patrons. I was sorry to read of her passing. My condolences to the family.
