Amie Lee (Benson) Cole Obituary

Amie L. Cole, 88, was born March 25, 1932, in Meridian Mississippi, she transitioned on Saturday August 15, 2020. She was one of 10 children born to T.B. and Mattie Hannah Benson. She married Joe Cole on December 25, 1948 and relocated to Fort Dodge, Iowa in 1955.  She worked for Iowa State University for 28 years teaching nutrition within Ft. Dodge and Davenport. A Curbside Visitation will be held August 21st at 9:30 a.m. at The Church of God, 1234 Ripley St, Dav. Orr’s Mortuary oversees arrangements. She is survived by Wayne-Charlene Cole .Amie L.
