Funeral services for Andre Neil Willingham, 46, of Davenport will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Third Missionary Baptist Church, Davenport with Pastor Rogers Kirk officiating.   He departed this life on Wednesday at the University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Monday until service time at the Church.

He was born January 17, 1971 in Cincinnati, OH the son of William and Bernice Willingham. 

Survivors include his parents, William and Bernice Willingham, Davenport; daughters, Kieanna and Olivia Willingham, Davenport; sons, Demetrius, Darius and Tavian Willingham, Davenport;   sisters, Donna Collins and Pam Collins, Cincinnati, OH; brother, Steve Willingham, Aurora, CO; three grandchildren.
