Angela Marie Rodriguez

Angela Marie Rodriguez, affectionately known as Angie, was born to Annie (Helen) Rodriguez and Terry Rodriguez on September 10, 1963 in Rock Island, IL. Angie departed this earthly life on Saturday December 31, 2022.

Angela received her Highschool diploma from Rocky High and went on to further her education at Black Hawk College for Welding and Business. After college, Angie went on to work at the Rock Island Arsenal, Wonder Bread, Davenport Schools, and Nichols Aluminum, which has changed names several times. Angie worked at Nichols up until she passed.

In Angela’s early years, she enjoyed Karate, Karaoke, fishing and DJing (Dj Kool Breeze). Angie enjoyed cruising, going to the casino, and playing cards at home.

Angie loved to joke around and had a nick name for everyone. Angie was willing to help everyone without thinking twice.

Angela leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Annie (Helen) Rodriguez; Four sisters, Roseann Rodriguez, Tonya Rodriguez Anderson, Jessica Rodriguez (Pooh), and Renita Howard; Nieces, Lasherika (Doni) Rodriguez-Johnson (Michael), Porsha Nelson (Tiffany), Emerald Meadows, Aticia Coney (Kyle), Savanna Bragg, Retera Johnson; Four Nephews, Rhmondo Rodriguez and Davin Rodriguez, TreMaine Glenn, and DeMaine Glenn; Three Great Nieces, Empress Rodriguez, Mai-Le Johnson, Ember Holden; Seven Great nephews Rhmondo Rodriguez Jr, TeShawn Bush, Mj Johnson, Denim Holden, London Holden, Rhmello Rodriguez, and Roman Rodriguez; Two Godchildren, Bradley Teague and Juelz Coney; as well as a host of Aunts, Uncles, and two special friends, Christine Craig and Jeanine Lopez.

Angela is preceded in death by Terry Rodriguez (Father), Bernice Orr (Aunt), Rose Rodriguez (Grandmother), and good friend Carlton Williams.
