Obituary

Funeral services for Anita Farmer, 62, of East Moline will be 12 noon on Wednesday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.  Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time at the Mortuary.  She departed this life on Tuesday at Aspen Rehabilitation and Heath Care, Silvis, IL.  Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport.

She was born June 9, 1959 in DeKalb, MS the daughter of Harvey and Ruthie (Smith) Jackson.  She married Clift Farmer on June 9, 2004 in Rock Island.  He preceded her in death.  She was a member of the Jehovah Witness.

Survivors include daughters, Arletha Farmer (Casey) Westfield and Angela Farmer; honorary child, Celia Magee; sons, Robert (Devonna Williams) Gathright and Kendrick Gatheright; brothers, Albert Earl (Arletha) Jackson and Jerry Lee (Nellie) Jackson; sister, Honorary (Doris Gramble).  Grandchildren, Russell Cawan, Leveah Gathright, Karcel Easeley, Kivs Easeley and Keeland Easeley, Kendrick Gathright.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Rudolph Jackson.
