Funeral services for Betty Shorter Wilson, 49, of Milwaukee, WI will be 1pm Tuesday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.  She departed this life on Monday, March 7 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Milwaukee.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Moline.

She was born August 26, 1966 in Davenport the daughter of Doyle and Jaunita (Owens) Shorter. She married Isaiah Wilson, Sr.  on July 18, 1998 in Davenport.  She worked at numerous grocery stores and at temporary services.  She enjoyed cooking, sewing, shopping and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Isaiah, daughters, Christina, Dorothy and Eliza Shorter, all of Milwaukee; sons, Isaiah Wilson, Jr. and Terrill Shorter, Milwaukee; sisters, Doris, Davenport, Selina, Des Moines and Angela Shorter, Milwaukee; brothers, Willie, Des Moines, Eddie, Spring, TX, Herbert, Alon and Dale Shorter, Davenport; 14 grandchildren.
