Denise was born in Oxford Mississippi, relocated to Davenport Iowa as a baby where  she spent most of her life.

Denise was a loving mother of two kids, Deneisha Jones and Cedric Jones.  Denise was very outgoing she loved being outside and spending time with her grandkids and family.  She loved to travel everywhere. She was married at a young age to an US Airforce Veteran and was able to travel and see the world. She had love for dogs. That was her weakness animals. She was a very giving person and caring. Never had a problem helping anyone, she worked  hard all her life and always kept a smile on her face. She was a very strong women and she will be missed a lot.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Littie Ann Jones and her father, Percy Lee Brown,  

She survived by her children Deneisha Jones of Dallas TX, Cedric Jones of  Houston TX;  grandchildren Demarious Angel, Imarie Jones , Kendal Jones.  Sisters,  Linda Ann Brown, Tonya Brown;  brother , Terry Lee Brown of Davenport,  IA; in  addition her fathers kids, Rosco Jones, O.B. Jones, Bernice Dennis, Willie H, Jones , Isaiah Jones, Ollie Mae Jones,

Funeral will be at Pine Hill Cemetery 1 PM Thursday.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the friends and Family that played a big part in this journey, Minnie, Vera, Willie, Toyna, Linda and Nakeya.  Thank you so much…
