Carl Udell Collier

Carl Udell Collier passed on March 30, 2019. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on September 6, 1949. He grew up in Rock Island, Illinois and graduated from Rock Island High School in 1967. Carl started his career in technology with Bell Telephone Company in Rock Island, Illinois and then moved to California in 1972. He also worked for Siemen’s Communication Systems installing switchboards and programing computers. After he retired Carl spent his time investing in real estate. He resided in Lake Elsinore, California until his death. He was preceded in death by his father (Joe Collier), mother (Brida Collier), and three sisters, (Thelma Carruthers, Evelyn Collier, and Vivian K. Grandberry). He leaves behind two brothers (Cleveland Carruthers in Memphis, Tennessee and Bill Collier, Rock Island, Illinois) and many friends, nieces and nephews and cousins to mourn his death.
