Funeral services for Clifford Earl Farmer, 66, of Rock Island will be  at 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 29 at The Word of Life Church, 1804 7th Avenue, Rock Island.  He departed this life on Wednesday at Illini Genesis Hospital, Silvis.  Burial will be at a later date.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Anita Faye Farmer, two daughters,  Angelia Farmer (Dexter) Simmons, Grenada MS, Arletha Farmer (Casey) Westerfield,  Rock Island, IL, two sons,  Robert A. Gathright,  Rock Island, IL,  Kendrick Gathright,  Rock Island, IL, four sisters, Betty Malone,  Hayti MO, Edna Rogers, Arletha (Albert) Jackson, Rock Island,  IL, Josephine Gholston, Grenada, MS, three brothers, Alexander Farmer,  Grenada, MS, Willie Farmer,  Duck Hill, MS and Vernis (Gloria) Farmer, Hayti, MO. Three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
