Funeral services for Curtis A. Dalton, 76, of Davenport will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.  He departed this life on Thursday at Unity Point Health, Rock Island.  Burial will be at the National Cemetery Rock Island Arsenal.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at Orr’s Mortuary.

He was born June 11, 1939 in Davenport.  The son of Aurel L and Thelma I (Erickson) Dalton.

He was a Vietnam era veteran.  His hobbies included painting, horses, guitars, music and wrestling.

Survivors include daughters, DeLayna (Sam) Roberts, Davenport, Barbi Dalton, Ohio, Misty (Dave) Barham and Spring Dalton, Davenport; son, Curtis L. Dalton, Davenport; sisters, Vicki Dalton, Davenport, Kathie (Frank) Connelly, Buffalo, Nancy Hogan and Marla (Daniel) Lindemier, Davenport, and Chrystal (Steve) Watson, Texas; 18 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sheryl Moore.
