Eddie Andrew Terrell

Eddie Andrew Terrell was born December 25, 1932, in Oxford, Mississippi to Henry and Mary (Pettis)Terrell.

He departed this life on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. 

Eddie married Rosie (Buford) Terrell on October 3, 1953. From that union they had 16 kids and a host of grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandkids and great-great-great grandkids..as well as a number of nieces and nephews. "I know...it's a lot".  Eddie lived his life in a very special way..."His Way".  He enjoyed watching his western shows and when the clock struck 5 o'clock his focus was on the nightly news. His wife had a special man and she enjoyed being right next to his side up to the very end.

Eddie moved from Mississippi to the Midwest in pursuit of a better life for his family. His dream was to be self-employed and own his own business. That dream soon became a reality and he began Terrell Construction. Being a humble person and helping his customers was what made people want to use his services.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife Rosie "Pearl"; children Catherine (Stevan) Lomas, Michael (Renee) Terrell, Patricia Terrell, Charles Terrell, Henry (Kelly) Terrell, Ricky (LaTonya) Terrell, Jimmie (Michele) Terrell, Earney Terrell, Mark (Cathy) Terrell, John (Lanisha) Terrell, Willie Terrell, Chris (Jazelle) Terrell, William "Son" Terrell, Mary Mitchell, Christine "Teenie" Benford, Charlie Terrell and a host of additional family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by 4 children, Annie Laura, Bernice, Mary Jean, Larry Terrell his parents Henry and Mary, his brothers and sisters Jessie Young, William Pettis, Mosetter Mathis, John W Terrell, Ida Moss, Mandy Porter, Hulian Terrell and E.L. Terrell.
