Eunice B. Jones of Bettendorf, IA passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Genesis East Hospital Intensive Care Unit, Davenport, IA following an extensive period of illness. As per her request, there will be a visitation 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Orr's Mortuary, Rock Island Illinois, but there will be no services.

Committal  Services will be held at a later date at Mountain View Cemetery in Reno, Nevada. Orr's Mortuary, in conjunction with Walton Funeral Home, will  be assisting the family with arrangements.
   

 Eunice was born June 21, 1923, in Union MS. In 1946 she married Robert L. Smith, who later passed away in Oakland California. Eunice later married James H. Jones, Jr., at Camden, New Jersey in 1958. Eunice was a U.A.W. member and factory worker, homemaker, and a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church.
   

 Eunice is survived by her son, Chester Smith, sister, Louise (Reno, NV), nephew Charles, niece Deborah, and many other nephews, and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husbands.
