Freddie Pierson Obituary

Reflections on the Life of Mr. Freddie Pierson “A caring dad & grandfather, a phenomenal uncle, and a friend…Freddie touched the lives of many.”

Freddie was born in Eudora, Arkansas to the union of Earnest Pierson, Sr. and Alma (Cashier) Pierson.

Freddie accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Progressive Baptist Church, Davenport, Iowa.

Freddie retired from John Deere in 1992 after over 30 years of service.

Freddie leaves to cherish his memory: son, Frederick “Ricky” Pierson; daughter, Maria Pierson; dedicated grandson, Anthony Armstrong; loyal friends, James Drummond and Deacon Johnnie Clemmons; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Freddie was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers: Louis, Monroe and Earnest, Jr.; and two sisters: Emma and Lillie B.

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under Heaven. God’s will be done, for He is the giver and keeper of all.
