Garcia David Horace, 63, of Davenport passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at ProMedica Nursing Home, Davenport.
Per his request the wake will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Third Missionary Baptist Church, 222 West 14th Street, Davenport, IA 52803. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Rogers Kirk, Jr. officiating. The service may be viewed by visiting the Third Missionary Baptist Church Facebook page.
Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island is assisting the family with arrangements.
Garcia was born on September 12, 1958 in Magee, MS. The son of William and Louise Horace.
Garcia proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Garcia is survived by his wife Gwendolyn, 6 children, two grandchildren and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
