Herbert L. Manley 75 Of RockIsland,Il.  Peacefully passed away May 18th, 2015 Surrounded by love ones. Born January 24th, 1940 in Alton, Il. A celebration of life memorial service will be Wed, May 27th, at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2601 15th street, Moline, Il. In wich Dr.Melvin L. Grimes will be officiating.

He was the son of the late Francis Cornish (Mother) Then was later adopted by his Grandparents The late James and Rose Manley. Herbert was very outgoing and loved attending Intouch Adult Center in Moline,Il. He love to sing, go bowling and be around friends and family but most of all he loved to attend church. Herbert was really loved by family and friends. Everyone that knew Herbert knows that he was a very special person who you couldn't help but love. He is survived by his 1st. Cousin, Diane Hilliard(Gaurdian) and friend Bradd of Davenport, Ia Who started caring for him in 2010. Uncle, Earnest Manley(Caroline) Mnpls, Mn. Special Cousins Anthony Manley of Davenport and James Manley of Rock Island and a host of Cousins.

Herbert was preceded in death by his Mother, Francis Cornish Adoptive Grandparents, James and Rose Manley Special Uncle, Roosevelt Manley (Pops) Uncle James Manley Jr. (Helen) Uncle, Albert Manley (Gloria) In Lieu of flowers for Herbert's memorial may be sent to the church and other memorials may be given to Diane Hilliard and family
