A memorial service for James (Junior) Warren, Jr will be held on Saturday, August 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.

The family will greet friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time.

Orr’s Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born on June 21, 1958 in Davenport to James and Gladys Faye Warren.  He attended public schools in Davenport.  Junior spent most of his adult life in St. Paul, MN and recently returned to his hometown Davenport.

He leaves to mourn him his sister, Linda (Gregory) Guy, niece, Chanda Robinson, nephews, Tiano Trice and Derek Haynes, Sr.

He loved dearly his great nieces and nephews, Derek Haynes, Jr., Jordan Robinson, Julian  Robinson, Brie Contreras, Devin Contreras, Jenna Haynes, Annika and Alontae Trice.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Faye Warren, father, James W. Warren, Sr., stepmother, Marcella Warren and a sister, Brenda Warren Trice.
