A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm for James A. Harper, better known as Lee Harper. James passed away on December 19, 2021 in Robbins, IL. James moved from Davenport to Illinois and was an avid union organizer and political organizer. He leaves to mourn him his mother Charlene Harper- Mayberry, sister Jorrie Harper,  daughters Tiffany Stolp and Jamie Lynn Harper with son Jace Wilquette, Uncle Charles Harper and a host of cousins and friends from across the country.
