Funeral services for Joshua Urriah Patterson, Sr., 48, of Davenport will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at Orr’s Mortuary.

He departed this life on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Genesis Hospital, East Campus, Davenport.

He was born August 26, 1969 in Clarksdale, MS.  He was employed as a Pharmacy Technician. 

He enjoyed playing chess, basketball, football and listening to music. 

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Kidney Foundation. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dimple and Archie Washington.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother and step-father Mary and Ronald Parker; daughters,  Britney Ford, Peoria, IL and Audriana Patterson, Atlanta, GA; sons, Joshua (Melissa) Patterson, Jr. , Fayetteville, NC and DeIvan Patterson, Davenport, IA; seven grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Kim Patterson (Mark) Morrison, Houston, TX; a niece, LaShic and a nephew, Anthony, family and friends.
