Kirby Wallace Walls. 76 of Rock Island, IL, passed away March 10, 2023 at his home. Orr’s Mortuary is assisting family with arrangements.  

Kirby was born on February 14, 1947 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Emmitt Wilson Sr.  and Sydney Clark.  Kirby worked as a journeyman for local 2158 for over 30 years. 

He enjoyed singing, playing the saxophone and gardening with grandson, Alexander. He also was an avid sports enthusiast, as he enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Iowa Hawkeyes play. 

Kirby is survived by his brother, Emmitt Wilson, daughters Jacqueline Walls of Rock Island, Patricia Walls of East Moline, Angela Walls-Holland of Rock Island, sons, James Walls of Rock Island, Tran Walls of Muscatine, IA, and seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents and daughter Waimea L.  Walls
