Korrie Lamere Lacy 48 years old was born in Davenport, Iowa to Mammie Easley and Douglas Davis, she resided in Rock Island, Illinois most of her life. She passed away on  April 8, 2025, due to Liver disease at Genesis East Hospital.

Korrie had 5 children Jailyn (Katelyn), Jaivyona (Davon), Corionte, Willonte and Deyona. Bonus children Angel, Anthony, Jaquashia, and Jonae.  Brothers, Daryl and Zackery.   Sister, Nikey.  And a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She is preceded in death by her Brother, Adam Lacy, Grandmother, Augusta Lacy, Stepfather, Billy Ray Easley, Cousins, Billy Ray Lacy, Fredrick McNair, and Jamon Whinfrey.

Korrie enjoyed going fishing and spending time with family.

She went to AIC College for business management, successfully got her degree in veterinarian and librarian.  Korrie was known for her outstanding personality and intelligence, she was the one you called when you needed legal help, and even just to get advice.
