Lougene Hickman is survived by his life long partner Shirley Miller, 3 sons LaShawn Rush of Preston, MS; Breon and Keenyn Hickman of Davenport, IA; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; brothers Fred, Michael, Randolph and R.L; sisters Darlene, Marjorie, Johnnie, Charlene and Dianne; a host of nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
