Lougene Hickman 65yrs. old of Davenport, IA passed away on March 20, 2021 at Genesis East Hospital.

Memorial services will be at the Lincoln Resource Center 318 E. 7th Street Davenport, IA on Saturday March 27, 2021 at 11:00am.

Lougene Hickman is survived by his life long partner Shirley Miller, 3 sons LaShawn Rush of Preston, MS; Breon and Keenyn Hickman of Davenport, IA; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; brothers Fred, Michael, Randolph and R.L; sisters Darlene, Marjorie, Johnnie, Charlene and Dianne; a host of nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
