Funeral services for Melvin Lee Johnson, 46, of will 12 noon Saturday at Community Out Reach Church of God in Christ, 440 16th Avenue, East Moline, IL.  He departed this life on June 11 at Genesis Health System, Silvis.  Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time at the Church.

He was born March 6, 1968 in Chicago, IL the son of Will and Douglas Johnson.

Survivors include sisters, Princie Gill, Indianapolis, Julia Johnson, Chicago, Jeanette Henderson, South Carolina and Erma Jeffries, East Moline; a brother, Charlie Johnson, Jackson, MS.
