A memorial service for Mendoor L. Smith, 22, will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday at Greater Antioch Baptist Church, Rock Island.

He was born February 27, 1993 in Moline, IL the son of Stephanie Stevens and Mendoor L. Smith. He was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church, Waterloo, IA. He enjoyed basketball and baseball.
Survivors include his parents, a sister, Menisa Smith, a brother, DaQuaylan Smith, Waterloo, IA,; grandparents, Pat Bowers, Waterloo, Debra Stevens, Rock Island and James and Venus McGinnis, Texas.
