Romario M. Thomas  was born to the union of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Thomas in East St. Louis, IL.

He  received  his education and graduated in Davenport, IA.  He worked at J.C. Penny and was self-employed.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, one niece, one nephew and three cousins.

He leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Torrance Windham, sister, Trophia McNair,  mother, Josephine McNair, Davenport, his step-father, Allen McNair, Rock, IL.  Other family members,  Linda (Daniel) Sumrall, Jr., E.
