A memorial service will be held for Timothy Gene Schurlock, 58, of Davenport at 10 a.m. Thursday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island. He departed this life on Wednesday at his home.
Burial will be at a later date.
He was born November 5, 1960 in Davenport the son of Benjamin and Mary Ann Schurlock. He was a member of Bethel AME Church. He was employed as an accountant for the Federal Government.
Survivors include a sister, Shirley J. Schurlock Powell, Davenport, brothers, Paul, Davenport and Warren Schurlock, Hopkins, South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Billie Marie Schurlock and Sandra Jean Williams.
