Walter Charles (Jr.) Lomax

A memorial service for Walter Charles Lomax,  Jr., 67, of East Moline will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.  He departed this life Thursday at the Aperion Care Moline in East Moline.  Burial will be later. 

He was born September 12, 1951 in Sacramento, CA the son of Walter and Louise Mary (Peters) Lomax, Sr.

Orr’s Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. 

Survivors include sisters, Maude Anderson-Lomax, Hayward, CA, Pat Simmons, Rock Island and Darlene Lomax, Moline; brothers, Franklin and Darnell Lomax, Rock Island and Arthur Lomax, Moline; stepmother, Earnestine Lomax and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
