Funeral services for Lincoln S. Walker, 68, of Davenport will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 23  at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island.  He departed this life on Friday, August 9 at his home.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the Mortuary.

He was born May 27, 1951 in Davenport the son of Preston and Edith (Shamley) Walker, Sr.  He was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Long Beach, CA area for twenty plus years.

Those close to him affectionally called him Tinker.  He loved his family, life and visiting casinos.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Betty Myers and Pamela Walker; brothers, Preston, Jr., Bobby, Richard and Booker Walker.

He leaves to mourn his memory two brothers, Louis and William Walker both of Davenport; and many nieces and nephews.
