A Memorial service for Henry Lee Levy, 41, of Davenport will be 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. Friday at Orr’s Mortuary, Rock Island. Burial will be at a later date. He departed this life on Sunday, October 8, at Genesis Medical Center East Campus, Davenport.
He was born October 7, 1976 in Brookhaven, MS the son of Willie and Mamie Lee (Smith) McCoy. He married Serena Berg.
Survivors include his mother, Mamie Lee Levy; wife, Serena; sons, Detavion Levy, Deron Sattizah, William Levy and Zachariah Levy, Davenport; sisters, JoAnne Levy, Melissa Levy, Sharon Smith and Wanda Levy, Davenport; brothers, David Levy, Davenport and Willie Levy, Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mashall Levy.
